Universal and Islands of Adventure

If you haven't been before, first thing to know is that these are two separate parks with separate admission fees – and you'll probably need more than a one-day pass to make the most of what Universal and Islands of Adventure can offer. There are great film-orientated rides such as Transformers 3D and The Mummy, and a favourite for many are the Spiderman adventure and Incredible Hulk coaster (for the brave). And don't forget the truly amazing Harry Potter attractions in both parks.

Our tip: if you haven't been before, get at least a two-day pass and make sure its "park-to-park" - that's the only way you can ride the train to Hogwarts and back, which goes between parks and is a great attraction in itself.
